Data, purposes and legal bases

While you visit, the hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, request time, requested pages, browser technical information and logs needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

If you contact Rodenghi by email or phone, the information you provide is used to answer your request and, where relevant, to take pre-contractual or contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). The website has no contact form or user accounts.

Recipients and retention

Cloudflare and other technical hosting providers may process data as needed to deliver the site. Messages are available to authorised staff and email service providers. Data is kept for as long as needed for these purposes, applicable obligations and potential disputes. Actual log retention also depends on hosting settings and should be confirmed with the provider.

External services

The home video is hosted by the site. Links to YouTube and Google Maps do not load those services until you choose to open them; their own privacy notices then apply. The currently published site code does not include analytics or advertising trackers.

International transfers and your rights

Technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the applicable service terms and safeguards. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object where the GDPR provides for these rights by emailing info@rodenghi.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
